Lewis hit Ochocinco after a pass from Carson Palmer sailed incomplete, and the 15-yard penalty for unnecessary roughness helped set up the winning touchdown with 22 seconds remaining. |

Analysis: The two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year didn't immediately sign the deal that was reviewed by the NFL Management Council and the NFL Players Association. The contract is an incentive-laden deal, according to NFL Players Association records. Lewis will be paid $10 million in the first year. The 33-year-old Lewis is now under contract through the 2015 season. But the deal includes option years in the second and third years. |

Analysis: Ravens spokesman Kevin Byrne said Wednesday the agreement will let Lewis finish his career with the team that drafted him and which he led to a Super Bowl title in 2000. The 10-time Pro Bowl pick had three interceptions and two fumble recoveries last season. By keeping Lewis, the Ravens fill the void created at inside linebacker when Bart Scott signed with the New York Jets. |
